Our Core Values

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations - Matthew 28:19
We aim to be a kingdom focused missional church

Our Values are Biblical, Kingdom based principles of our church life that we consider to be non-negotiable. These values guide our life together and represent a practical outworking of our Christian faith. They help us in relationships with each other and guide our priorities.

Above all else we should first be seeking to worship and bring glory to God. Through prayer, praise and obedient service we will endeavour to seek God’s will in all we do, thus resulting in a closer relationship and greater intimacy with him.

We want to be able to recognise gifts of the Holy Spirit and encouraging each other to use them for the glory of God and the extension of his kingdom here on earth. Acknowledging that this is an on-going process and that we all need to be filled daily so that the Holy Spirit comes before our human spirit.

  • ‘Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need’ Matthew 6:33 (NLT)

  • ‘God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.’ 1 Peter 4:10 (NLT)

  • ‘So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, so you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the word that you are my disciples’ John 13:34-35 (NLT)

  • ‘Jesus called out to them ‘Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!’ And they left their nets at once and followed him.’ Matthew 4:19-20 (NLT)

My passion is seeing people grow and develop into the Christians they are meant to be. I feel discipleship is a key aspect of any Christians life and seek to find the giftings in people.
